Domestic:

We provide FREE shipping on all orders to Australia.

International:

We charge a flat rate of AU$20 for international orders, orders over AU$150 are free. We ship to all countries*. We use Australia Post Standard for both domestic and international orders.

Expected delivery times are as follows (times may vary due to COVID-19):

Australia - 1 to 3 days

Canada - 9 days

China - 8 days

European Union - 6 to 8 days

Japan - 7 days

New Zealand - 5 days

United States - 5 days

United Kingdom - 6 days

Rest of World - 1 to 2 weeks

Pre-orders and made to order items will take an extra 2-3 weeks to process and ship, from the order date, as we get these specially made and printed for you. Made to order items only apply to goods where the initial stock has sold out. 

 

<?—   Returns and refunds:

We only accept returns on items that are faulty, damaged or not as described, as outlined by Australian Consumer Law. If this is the case, we can either send you a replacement or provide you with a refund.

Returns must be placed within 30 days of receiving the goods.
